They have been calling me at work and at home. Apparently they think if they pretend to be a legal firm and have name like James Franklin I am going to believe them. I was on a conference at work and thought it was urgent because they kept calling back. I hang up to hear a voice mail, same idiots trying to scam me. I have called security at my work whom block them but apparently they change numbers like underwear.
I have filed police and reports with the FTC. Best thing to do is just change your number and be careful about filling out forms online.
There are 4 legal charges on the last four digits of my social security number... lol
I myself have received calls from this # & I didn't answer. In the passed 3 months i have had 3 different #s call me. They all told me I had a payday loan & legal action was being taken against me. I asked them to send me paper work to my address & they never did.
I just got a call too from a Martin and I told him this is a scam and he started in being rude and I ask for his fax number so I could send him a legal paper to him and he hung up. This is the third one I have gotten in the last two weeks.
