Same here! I spoke with three different guys, Martin Taylor, Logan and James. One even hung up on me three times!! I told them I would be reporting them to the BBB. Glad to know I'm not the only one.
I received the same crap from that company I have the name Logan Stone. I can't get through to that number but there has to be a way to stop this S**t.
12-9-10 I have been receiving very similar calls. They have ALL of my personal information including social security number and home address. They told me that I had taken out a loan for $300 from Cash Advance Payday. They even called my sister-in-law "looking" for me. They told me they deposited the money in March to a bank that I didn't even open an account at until July. They are very rude and when I told them I wanted hard copies of who loaned the money, dates, account it was deposited into they told me that I just needed to pay it now or I would be going to court for $1000. I told them I think this is a hoax and they hung up on me. This is very scary that they have all of our personal information. I called my cell phone provider and they were able to block the number. I want to find out who these people are and stop them from harrassing and stealing people's identity.
Yes, this man with very thick Foriegn Indian accsent tells me he has my social security number and home-work phone numbers and address. He calls me daily non stop he starts talking I am unable to understand anything he is saying except that he has my social security number. He is very rude and I have recorded all of his messages at work and home, and told him but he calls non stop he doesn't care or understand American Laws. I don't know who he is who what he is trying to say: His english is so thick and bad he needs lessons and classes to speak this and maybe some classes on not to threaten people. He calls and threatens me with various numerous tactics he is going to do or use on me. I don't know him or in anyway give him my information. I know he is a scammer trying to itimidate me to send him some money but low and behold there is no money to send I am probaly broker then he is. But he does need to be stopped before he really scares someone into sending him some money. This poor man really needs to take classes to learn how to talk clear and proper English he is so bad he tries so hard to try and speak it, maybe he should harass his own people from his own country maybe they could understand him better than I can and get some money from them!
