"Claim" to be IRS "officer" with the number 3475590378 and that my name and SS# is involved in a pending tax criminal case. Barely spoke english and only seem to have my name and phone number and nothing else. Told me to to call 877-395-4886. Don't believe these guys! SCAMMERS
I received a call from this number as well, telling me that I owed over $4000 to the IRS. If I didnt pay police would come to my home and arrest me. Please do not fall for these tricks.
Took message on answer machine: Said they "were Tax Fraud Department & my name came up with a tax fraud. I should push 1 to avoid being arrested by Sheriff's Department. Return call number: 202-751-2453
