States they are the irs. Does not identify the person they are calling for. States, "this is a notice that the irs is filing a law suit against you. Call 360-200-6820. No written notice was ever sent from the irs prior to threat call. Automated message.
Have a call back #360.200.6800 and am getting a lot of angry and frustrated people calling asking why we would do this. It isn't us!! We've since changed that number...
Got the exact same call only they wanted more. They told me I had 1-1/2 hours to get the money in cash. They also gave me the same badge number. Called our local sheriff, they said to contact Ic3 and file a report, they also said it was a scam

Recd call stating IRS & lawsuit. Call and answered by an OFFICER Max Brown who could barely speak English. Couldn't spell Elsie and kept calling me Mrs. Patricia. Obviously BS but when he refused to send me any info and stated there is an arrest warrant, I called him out and said he's full of sh&@ and I know how this works. HE hung up on me.
