Who called from 3602006820

we have had a ton of calls from this  number  360-200-6820  and  we go  thro   H&R Block.. I make so  little and pay so much.. have called our IRS office in Milwaukee WI.. and given them this  number

This person keeps contacting me and leaving messages in my voice mail saying I have a claim against me

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

Call came in on my mobile phone - Northeast Ohio. Computerized woman's voice saying "this is my last notice and the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me". I just hung up. But I know of people that would fall for this. How can they keep getting away with this? These people need to be put away.
