States they are the irs. Does not identify the person they are calling for. States, "this is a notice that the irs is filing a law suit against you. Call 360-200-6820. No written notice was ever sent from the irs prior to threat call. Automated message.
Exact same call here. So the scam moved on from the guy with the Indian accent showing a DC phone number to this? The number shows as from Virginia for me. I'm blocking it. Scum.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Called the #. They tried to say they were IRS and that i owed tax from and audit and there was an arest warrnt for me and i needed to make arrangements to pay this. tried to get more info from them and they hung up. sounds like they need the warrnt served on them.
