I have gotten several calls from this number. I never answered but after reading some of the comments I decided to give them a call back and have some fun. It took less than 30 seconds for the guy to start swearing making us most valiant attempt at combining different offensive terms lol! I have a tweak on my iPhone that allows me to record my phone calls and I have to say too bad we can post recordings here. Y'all would have a blast playing the conversation over and over again!
I got the same phone instructions. I called the sheriff's non-emergency number and he asked if I wanted them to come out and file a report. It sounded like a waste of their time & mine so I dropped it. I just did not want someone to be scammed.
I had gotten a call and I hung up and my boyfriend called them back telling her to not call us any more and that I did not apply for a grant and that if she works for the government they'd speak better English and not cuss people out and she started cussing him out and said her brother would [***] him up and when he asked for a supervisor she said your moms the supervisor and eventually started talking to us in Arabic or something...

I just received the same call from a man with a strong accent saying they are a Federal agency giving $8000 in grant money. I told them to remove me from their list and I hung up. I then called back to see if it was a real number, and they answered. This time a woman answered, also with an accent. I told her I wanted to speak with her supervisor, she said "what?" and I repeated myself, to which she then hung up. Scamming ***holes!
