Got a phone call from this number this afternoon, (and have it recorded!), stating that they are calling from the Internal Revenue Service, and when I called back, I asked, "the Untied States Internal Revenue Service?", to which he replied, "of course, what other Internal Revenue Service is there". When I told him I had there message on recording, he hung up. This needs to be reoriented to the Federal Authorities for investigation. This is ridiculous.
I have received numerous calls from this number. I started laughing when I heard the automated message stating I was going to be sued!! Lol.. But the IRS is not going to sue you they will just garnish your income or you just don't get your tax return if you owe them money!!! Luckily I am not home to answer the call
I just got a call from 360-208-0901 and received the same automated recording about the IRS filing a lawsuit against me and to call the phone number back for more information. I have previously entered my information on the National Do Not Call Registry, although it doesn't seem to have helped to reduce the number of calls I receive from telemarketers. Whenever I get a live caller (usually trying to sell me aftermarket warranties for my car) I mention the Do Not Call Registry and they immediately end the call, usually with an apology.
I received a robo call from this number and they left a voice message. "About this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 360-208-0901. I repeat 360-208-0901. Thank you." What case file? I just got this number?
Same call as everyone from "IRS need to call back to be sued" Have had the same number call me over the last week for the same thing. Funny thing is my Lan line number is not on any documents I have ever sent the IRS!
