I forgot to say that the call originated from 724-596-6594. And I was told to call 202-864-1229 by a recording of a lady's voice. (Possibly computerized)
The caller ID says Taco Burrito and then a robo call says they are from the IRS and they are looking to sue. and to call this number. I laughed. Kiss where the sun don't shine.
Got a call today (March 9) from 360-214-3607, man with thick Indian accent said, "This is the IRS, how I can I help you?" I responded by saying "How Can I Help You?" He started his speech, I interrupted and said, "Hold on, while I record this." He then hung up.
I just received a message on my landline from the IRS saying they were filing a lawsuit against me....and to call back the following number: 360-214-3607. No number showed up on my caller ID, only the words Private Caller.
Some computer generated women voice left a message on my answering machine, she said we needed to contact the irs as we are being sued, I personally think this is a scam, because I think we would be served if that was the case. Please stop these scammers I'm sure ther are people falling for this crap. I'm concerned for the elderly
I just got the call IRS is going to sue me? number that called 360-214-3607 I tried to call it no one answered said my party could not be reached and the person had a foreign accent. Total scam I wonder why this is happening? What can they possibly gain from this? are they looking for money? really? I wish I would have looked it up before I called the number back.
