Answered and got a very aggressive person who started going on about not renewing or extending my Toyota warranty beyond the factory warranty. I interrupted to ask who was calling and the guy said "Chris Hodges" and then goes on that their record shows that I didn't extend my warranty and when I interrupted and said I bought extended when I bought my car he abruptly hung up. I called back and all you get is a recorded message that starts off that you reached the "Auto Department" and if you want warranty info to press 1 but that line is busy so you're to leave a message and number or press 2 to get on their do not call list.
was called 6/11 on land line to extend my auto warranty on my 7 year old vechicle. I said no and hung up on him. Called again today on my Cell phone. They must be getting the information from the dealer. Told the caller not to call me again.
Got a ph msg on my answering machine for my land line today from a male person who identified himself as someone (first name I did not get) Green calling from "vehicle processing" about my car and he knew my make, model and year. When I did not pick up, his voice repeated my name in an agitated voice, twice, each time more aggressively. Then he hung up.
Called several times in the past and left no VM. When I did answer, Identified self as representing "Vehicle something-or other Agency". Said they were calling about the claim on my vehicle. I asked which vehicle they were referring and she gave a year/make/model of one that I owned. I asked again the name of the company. I told the worman I had never had a claim with said business. She hung up on me mid sentence. Obviously somebody is selling information to this company and they are trolling for more info to sell something else.
