Called several times in the past and left no VM. When I did answer, Identified self as representing "Vehicle something-or other Agency". Said they were calling about the claim on my vehicle. I asked which vehicle they were referring and she gave a year/make/model of one that I owned. I asked again the name of the company. I told the worman I had never had a claim with said business. She hung up on me mid sentence. Obviously somebody is selling information to this company and they are trolling for more info to sell something else.
Must be busy day for them. I just got called too. I'd also been receiving "Urgent - renew your car warranty" cards in the mail for a car I no longer own for months. My number is unlisted so ?? where they are getting this info.
Repeat calls, no messages. Looks like the company changed its outgoing phone number, because I've been getting nuisance calls from an "Auto Processing Department" using (425) 242-3340, and (360) 229-7744 calls have stopped.
I just hung up and then added the number to my call rejection list with my phone provider. If they dial again they will get a recorded message that blocks them from even reaching my phone
