Got a call from this number . Answered and put it on speaker and no one said a thing. I just waited until I got the buzz letting me know they hung so I did then. This is the way I answer all calls like this anymore. My phone # is registered to the state and federal government and it does no good so I am no longer being nice to these type of calls. Next time they might not like the way I answer their call.

I got a robo dialed telemarketing call (or so I assume as I didn’t pick it up) on my private unlisted mobile phone # this morning 10/26/2011 at 9:15am CST. Call came from 360-529-6190. I called the # back and got a recording asking me to press “1” if I didn’t want to receive any more calls and that it would take up to 72 hours to remove my # from the calling list.
Sounds a lot like the old Card Services robo spam scam calls “Heather from Account Services”. Where they have an autodialer that dials tons of #’s including those that are private and on the national DNC list. There have been lawsuits and complaints against companies that violate this FCC regulation.
Via USSearch I did a reverse directory and traced the # back to a company called International Telecom who supposedly sells phone/fax services.

Feel free to call Joel and his wife Yvette and their business partner Rico Ends to complain about their blatant violation of FCC regulations on using autodialers to call phone #s on the national DNC list and mobile phone #’s. Better yet, file a lawsuit in your local small claims court $500 if they don’t show.
Yep good ole "Account Services" aka "Card Services" Guilty of robotic autodialer calls with pre-recorded messages of lowering your credit card interest rate "press 1 to take to us" "2 to be put on the do not call list" Of course #2 never works - they don't understand nor honor any such concept as a do not call list.
This company calls cell phones and other unlisted #'s that are on the national do not call list. But of course they are too lazy to scrub their outbound dialer against the do not call list - even though they are mandated to by Federal law. That's because they are a SCAM.
Lastest one to hit is coming from the phone # 360-529-6190 which I have researched and confirmed is owned by PacificTel a company owned by Mr. Stephen Hamilton whose business address is listed at 12228 Venice Blvd. #559 Los Angeles CA 90066 and with a business direct line of (310) 895-0574. This address is in the scummy apartment area of East LA. But gee what can we expect from a low down scum line Mr. Hamilton who wants to annoy everyone and prey on the ingnorant.
As mentioned DO NOT under any circumstances provide your credit card or bank information. If you really want to annoy them back play along. Read your CC # or bank account wrong numerous times in a row, give them the phone # for the FBI, waste their time.
