Called my cell phone, but they didn't leave a message. I closed all of my credit card accounts about a year ago, so it's definitely a scam since most of the comments say it's about lowering interest rates.
The call is to offer a lower drecit card rate, I pressed 1 so I could request to be removed from the call list since the recording does not offer the option to be removed. I politely asked the man to be removed me and he said '[***] you', to me, twice. I laughed and hung up. You will want to block this call...or maybe take it for the entertainment factor.
