just answered a call from this # as i was reading what others had posted. they asked to talk to parents of my high school age daughter said she had attended a college prep class or gone on a scholarship website and i told him she had not done such a thing. he asked me if i wanted to be placed on a do not call list and seemed very nice about it but we will see..... they have been calling for the past week a couple times a day so we will see if the calls stop.
So, they called and sounded upset "can we speak to the parents of Rebecca" I responded with a small "they are uh not home roght now..." and the lady went "hmmph" I WAS SCARED. I asked myself who could be calling, and what I might have done wrong. lol THANK GOD FOR CALLER ID. The learning center? So glad I found this website, thought I would've been in trouble. I haven't even taken my PSATS yet.
Funny that you mentioned that they hung up. I thought I'd try the 30 days but when she said they would charge it to my card now, I asked why. Hotels run your card at checkin and put a "hold" on it for the $$ amount of the room but don't charge the card until checkout.
hhhmmm were my parents not pleased with my psat scores??? personally and school wide we christmas treed that test and where there were free respond math questions i would put a word. but just yesterday i got a national honor association nomination sooo i think i'll talk to the person tomorrow if they call again
I took the PSAT, too, last October, I think. They have been calling me after I took the PSAT. And this was in 2012. I've never answered them because they are a group of scammers.
