I got a call for weeks on my cell phone and I used a call block app to block them. It was a recording that just said that we have an important message for you. Then on 3/19/12 at 1:30pm in the afternoon I recieved a call from a James Cox saying that a formal complaint was filled against me and he has an affidavit and I needed to call National Mediation Group at 1-800-996-0746. This is really annoying and scary because people have access to my information and I have no idea who they are and what they want. If they can call me at work, who knows what else they can do? I have let my fiance know who is a police officer to have him investigate this number. It helps to see that others have been contacted from these people. It's really annoying and it makes me worry at times. Thanks for all your posts.
Keep calling me every week with different phone numbers but same issue.Told them that all my debts were discharge 1 year ago . My lawyer even talked to them but they are still calling. We are not anwering their calls anymore.
Just received a message from same company, same telephone number at my place of employment. Last time I got a call I asked them for their name, telephone #, etc, contact info and was going to report them to my HR Manager. Never heard from them again until today. Also received a call from them on my cell phone trying to tell me they had my ss#, which they only had the last 4 digits. I less than politiely told them they would never get any information from me. Next time I think I'll use a whistle - maybe they'll hear that.
I received a phone call from this lady name Renee Reed from National Mediation Group today. She called my cell phone and left a message. She called me from a 404-996-0753. She left a voicemail message and called back and didn't leave one the second time. She said if I didn't call back that mean I waive my rights to dispute and they will move forward. I work in a law office and I've never heard a process going that way.
