This company took money from my credit card to pay for an ex's account. I was not married to the person listed on their account, and they were not authorized to take this money. I find it funny that they refused any knowledge of the transaction. My credit card statement shows otherwise. This company is terribly disreputable, and any business that uses them should be boycotted. This is the only way to get through to these companies. 1 million voices are much louder than one.
