Call FTC and give the phone number you got the phone call from and if you have saved the message, play it for them to hear. FTC has a few cases against PDL collectors on their website. You could also report them to PD.
Received voice message from a "Mr. Owens" with National Mediation Group stating that he is serving a complaint against me because I am in violation of federal banking laws Section 35 Title 43, Article 805-11. Just a scare tactic. He left me a previous message stating he was "Agent Owens." Call back number was 404-996-0735.
Bruce Carter from National Mediation Group keeps calling my company to talk with my employee. He has spoke to me in a way that is very unprofessional regarding his dealings with my Employee. Call a place of business where we are trying to make a living, and continuing to talk and talk on the phone without letting the other person on the other end get a chance to speak is a horrible way to do business. I would like for this nonsense to stop.
