Received call yesterday from Credit Services of Billings Montana. Caller with and Arabic accent. He told me that he could lower me credit card interest down to 6%. I realize that it was a scam right from the get go as we do not have credit card. Read him the riot act along with telling him that Allah was an A$$hole before he hung up. Notified Billings PD and talked to officer. She told me that using area cod 406 was an everyday occurence and more then likely the call was routed on the computer and that the caller was probably in Los Angles. She also stated that when ever Billings P.D. calls they get a busy signal or no one answers

Repeatedly requested company name and address. All I could get was:
FINANCIAL ADIVISING SERVICE (I doubt that is a company name)
ORLANDO, FL
Refused to give more information even after advising it is against the law not to fully identify the company.
