I answered this number this morning and the auto attendent started saying something about my vehicle warranty is starting to run out. I didn't finish listening, I didn't care what they had to say. I am in North Carolina
I was trying to wrangle my 5 yr old son into his clothes and get him ready for school when I got this call at 8:00 AM. I didn't know whoit was from, but was concerned because I never get "good news" calls that early. I thought there were certain hours that telemarketers could call. 8:00 AM seems a little early to me. Any way, when I answered, there was no response from the other end. Kind of gave me the creeps.
This is a PHISING attempt THIS CALL IS FROM A SPOOF DIALER they claim to be "card services" with offer to lower CC interest rates..I just reported this # to local auth. & my phone co. DO NOT GIVE ANY CC INFO TO ANYONE CALLING FROM THIS # Florida 407-207-0820 I am in NJ
Called at 11:00 on 3/12/08. Rang six times. Checked this number through here and called back. Got the "We're sorry, this number is no longer in service" message. I suspect any number I cannot call back. This is a Florida area code and I live in West Virginia.
