Who called from 4072070820

I got this call moments ago.  I answered and no one responded so I hung up.  I, too, have put my name on the do not call list but I got this one. :(  What's the point of the darned thing if people will still call?

I filed a complaint on the www.donotcall.gov website  hoping if enough people do it, they will get shut down.

I too just got this call on my cell. I am also on the do not call list. The recording made the same statement about a chance to lower my credit card interest rate. I just hung up.

I got a call from this number too and I'm in colorado.  I didn't answer and they left no message.  I will report them to that donotcall as recommended.

I am in NYC and just received a phone call from this number. The caller didn't leave a message either. I usually don't answer unknown numbers because my cell phone number was somehow used to make long distance phone calls in the past.

Someone managed to get a hold of my line after I spend about 30 sec on the phone listening to what they had to say...shortly after I received a Sprint bill for $585.00 worth of long distance phone calls. It took four months to erased it from my account thanks to the FCC and the BBB.
