Buy android mobile phone or I phone. Block any and all numbers you like with any free caller id blocker software. Simply create a white list that only allows the numbers you want. You can also block all numbers or specified numbers at specific times of the day or night. Relax...Enjoy your privacy. Improve your life, enjoy it and watch Portfolio Recovery Associates go out of business. It will take a couple years. But it will happen for sure. Don't ever talk to them. That is the key. Enjoy!
These Portfolio scumbags are such losers. Never talk to them on the phone. Ever. Just let them waste their money on new numbers and calling people who never answer. Like the above poster said. They will certainly go out of business. It's certain. It will take a little time. But trust me.....
By law if you write a letter, send it certified and return receipt to know they got it. Telling them they must stop contacting you by law they called a " cease and desist". Say that in your letter. Collector has one more time to contact you then must stop. If they still don't you can sue them for up to $1000 in small claims court. Which is not expensive and half time they don't even show....
