I get calls on my cell phone from 407-429-9999. Something about reducing my interest rates - I do not carry any balances. This is very annoying not to mention that I am the one paying for my cell phone minutes.

Unfortunately, the Do Not Call list works mainly with callers who are honest and follow the rules. This caller is likely a scammer.
I had a missed call from this number. I have registered my cell phone number on the "do not call" list and still receive these phone calls! VERY, VERY, FRUSTRATING. STOP THESE CALLS!
