May 10, 2012 got a call from Rachael 407-429-9999. I thought the big law suit against this scam company would finish them but They are back. For two months the calls stopped when the suit was filed. I was so glad to not be bothered by recordings from Sarah and Rachael wanting to lower the credit card rate. They harnessed me for over two years day after day almost every day from about 15 different spoofed phone numbers. I am so $%#%# mad now it has started again. Everyone please write to the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Trade commission and the States Attorney General. Also being on the Do Not Call List is a bunch of Bull.
I get these calls all the time. Not only this 9999 number but several other numbers as well. Pressing 3 to be taken off the list does no good. One time I picked up and pressed 1 and asked how to be taken off the list. The response was, "I want a lot of things too, but that doesn't mean that I am going to get them!" Thinking that is was just some sick sense of humor, I repeated myself and the response was, "I need to get my car fixed, send me some money!" I hung up. The calls continue. I imagine that there is no way to stop them. These people are just plain ignorant!! It is sad that this is their only reason for getting out of bed each day!
I keep getting calls from them I have no credit cards and neither does my husband, but they continue to call. I thought there was a FCC law in place that says that a company has to post a legitimate name and number when calling to identify themselves.
