Yes, we receive a call from 407-429-9999 daily. I have hit the #3 as directed to NOT get another call. I continue to get them. I hit #1 and when I received a live person, I asked to be removed from the call list. She hung up on me. I called the number back, however, it said it was a discontinued number of Verizon's!
"Card Holder Srevices"
Called 5 to 10 times per week and refuse to take us off their list.
We are on tthe Fed. do not call list. It make no difference.
I get this call often. If you ask for any information, or which credit card, they hang up on you. It's a scam to get your credit card numbers. They refuse to take our name off the list. I have blocked this number, but they call back using a bunch of other numbers.
The telemarketing message usually starts by saying, "This is Rachel with Card Services." She asks you to dial 3 to discontinue calls or 1 to speak with a live agent. Pressing 3 does not remove you from the calls. You get one as early as the next day. Pressing one and telling the person to remove you is like pouring water over a duck's back. It does no good.
I have received many, many calls like this. They also use the number 971-217-9515 to call from.
