Who called from 4074299999

Had a call from this number today, but do not answer unknown callers. Interesting thing about it was the caller ID displayed V05031714590188 along with this phone number.

Google doesn't produce any results for it. Perhaps this will help track the scammer down?

Not so much. We  blocked them and they call from a different number. If you insist on them not calling anymore, they call more. I've reported them to the do not call list, asked for a supervisor, to no avail what they are doing now is harassment. If I could find these criminals I'd sue them They now call sometimes 3 or 4 times a day, all from different numbers.

"Rachel" is calling me too!  Wont specify which credit card company,just wants to know if I want to lower my rate to 6.9%.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Just called & hung us just as soon as my answer machine came on.  Reporting caller because I'm on the do not call list.
Caller ID just says Florida caller
