Who called from 4074299999

I got this phone call today and when I called it back it said it was changed or disconnected.  The government really needs to crack down on this crap.

CArd SErvices these [***] need to be out of business

they say the name of the company is card services... and i asked for the address and he hung up...

can we say they are a fracking scam

I get these calls once every 2-3 weeks or so (I haven't kept track of the pattern)

I got a call from this number.  Came up on my caller id as Orlando, FL 407-429-9999.  I went through the whole pre recorded message and pressed 1 to speak with someone.  She asked if I was interested in lowering my interest rate on my credit card.  I told her I did not even own a credit card and did not want to be called again.  She of course hung up on me.  I call the number back and got a message saying the number was no longer in service.  HMMM!  That was fast!
I would think by the number of complaints this would be shut down by now.  But I guess not!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM and LIARS. Rachel from Card Member Services is back again and is now living in Orlando, Florida. Realtors must love this Ho, as she is constantly moving from place to place. I wonder if Rachel gets royalties everytime her recorded voice is played by the scammers. Her parents must be proud. To the people that write in these blogs "I am on the do not call list", Get a life people, scammers DO NOT care about a DO NOT call list, just as bank robbers don't worry about your money beng safe in the bank.
