Who called from 4074299999

Get harassed by these jerks regularly. I get more phone calls from solicitors  or scam artists than my friends and family. I have received them from this number, from 916-240-6640, 202-738-5634, 510-699-9231 and many more that my caller ID doesn't go back far enough but I am starting to log and record these jerks. I bet if the phone companies (whom are already suffering from loss from cell phones) were threatened from enough people to close their accounts and go cell, they may start doing something about it. Anybody want to start a protest?

Keep getting telemarketing calls from this number, and I am on the do not call list.
Trying to sell lowering my interest rates.

I agree with you,  I wish they would get to message by not answering.  beside I think it is some scan.

Just got a call from them and ddin't answer.
The voice mail said "Press 3 to opt out or press 1 to speak to a representative and lower your interest rate".
I don't have any loans of any kind, so what kind of scam is this?

IMPORTANT: I CALLED THIS NUMBER BACK AND GOT A VERIZON WIRELESS MESSAGE SAYING THE NUMBER HAS BEEN CHANGED OR DISCONNECTED.

Received a call from this number offering something about my "current credit card". I hung up on the recording.
