I booked back in Sept. I have not made reservations yet. Therefore I could not get a answer today (phone line kept ringing) googled this number to find this. I then called the Resource number 1-866-730-4690 let them know that this has been reported as an scam. Of course the operator told me that, this was not the case and folks were mad because they waited after the 45 day window to book a trip and there aren't guaranteed refund money because this was one of the stipulations with no refund. He gave me another number(line) 3320 that just stayed busy and his reason was that they have heavy call volume.
hi there I made my reservations back in July and now today tried to make reservations but can't get anyone on phone...I see lots of people having this problem...has anyone had any luck getting money back from the company or from your credit card? thanks
