Did you end up getting scammed?

Did you ever make progress with this company?  I recently purchased a package and then realizled it's a scam.  HELP!!  How do I get my money back?

Now the number 866-404-5945 is disconnected! I bought this vacation in Dec 2009 and they triple charged me taking over a month to refund me the mistake. Now trying to book for the last two weeks, I am told all summer is PEAK season which is an extra $299. They NEVER stated that. Finally today I am trying to coordinate dates with airfare and their [***] hotels/locations; so I go to call... disconnected! Are you kidding me? This is a joke! The people at the end of this phone are ill-mannered and ignorant... That is if you can get a hold of them!

Also CMBTT is now MBTTH I believe.
