Claims I have been charged with fraudulent bank activity or fraudulent checks, I don't even have a bank account, we use prepaid debit/credit cards for all our transactions or cash. I put our numbers on the do not call list but so far it hasn't worked.
I was receiving the same messages as everyone else so I did some research and had to pay to retrieve this information and found out that they are not from the processing summons division!!!!! So they are lying on who they are claiming to be.
They were leaving me the same message.....and that they were from the process summons division??? They are not I had to pay to retrieve the information and now I know who they are.
Call and voice mail form 412-346-1349 stating that 2 fraud charges were attached to me SSN and charges would be filed against me in my county. DO NOT fall for this scam, people! If it were legit you would not be getting a call. They would simply have a process server actually serve you. This is the third time in about 3 weeks that I've received this call and voice mail. If it were legit they would have served me by now. No such service has happened.
They called me Friday and Monday saying same line of crap that I was going to be served and for 2 fraud things. Funny the 1st was 2009 and the second was same date a yr later for same company. I told them both times I filed bankruptcy and they violated court order and call my lawyer
On certain phones, even if you block the numbers, they can still leave voicemail messages. That is why it is so frustrating. You know it's a scam but they keep leaving voicemails and nothing can be done about it. I've complained to the Attorney General of every state they call from. I've complained to the FTC and nothing will stop them from calling.
