Claims I have been charged with fraudulent bank activity or fraudulent checks, I don't even have a bank account, we use prepaid debit/credit cards for all our transactions or cash. I put our numbers on the do not call list but so far it hasn't worked.
I am getting all kinds of calls from 412 346 1349. They say I have a case filed against me and want to serve me papers. They ask for my address and say the police are coming.
These guys are scam artists...and not very good at it. They told me I owe for an old payday loan (which was paid) and that the original loan was $400, but now with legal costs it jumped to $2800. But lucky for me, they will stop the legal proceedings for a tidy sum of $600 if I settled with them today. I asked them when the loan was defaulted and they said 2007. I told them it's SOL for Texas. He started to argue with me. I told him I wasn't stupid enough to give him debit card information over the phone and if he wanted to serve me papers, go ahead...I'd only take them from the Sheriff himself. Of course I never got anything. Not even in the mail. Don't give them a dime.
got the call today. these people have been bugging me off and on for over a year. they refuse to give any info on their business. asked them to send me some proof of the debt and they said that ill get all the info at my court date. and yes they told me ill be arrested at my place of business within 24-48hrs. still waiting guys!!! :) SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
I keep getting the same calls. Since I use my phone for business all across the company, I can't just not answer and it would be a nightmare to change the number after promoting it for 12 years. Every time I think I have the problem solved, a few months later they start up again.
I keep getting calls from these people. At first I was so worried because in the past I did take out a loan for 500 which I paid later on past it's due date but still paid it. I have the receipts and everything but they were so persistent that I started to think maybe I do owe something. I decided to google the number because something just seemed off and I am so glad I did. I decided to call them back and ask for an account invoice for my so called debt and it's complete information from the creditor. Needless to say I got the run around. I am blocking this number and reporting it to the authorities. Thanks for posting your experiences with these crooks it helped me a lot.
