If the IRS calls you it is after they have contacted you on official letter head by mail usually certified mail. The IRS does not use calling computers in any use. They are exact and personal or nothing at all.
I called them back and they almost got me. I started yelling at them and told them I'm a tax accountant my self and the irs don't just do that and it impossible. Guess what, they hung the phone up on me.
Total scam. Originates in either India or Pakistan.

RS does not file lawsuits. Tax disputes are civil matters. 90% of all IRS tax disputes are settled administratively. IRS has absolutely no authority to call on local law enforcement for anything. Local law is never involved in IRS tax disputes. If LE is necessary, US Marshals do the job. IRS does not cold call anyone and all contacts are initiated by US mail.
