Who called from 4152518361

Just got a voice message from a guy who introduced himself as Jack Parker(or Chuck Parker.. Couldn't catch). Since he spoke with an extremely heavy Chinese accent, I wasn't able to understand and  had to repeat the message like 10 times.
He claimed I had a problem with income tax and they were determined to take a legal action and urged me to call them back. Glad I got on the Internet and found I wasn't the only one who received this call.
Not sure if the call was originated from 415-251-8361(my phone doesn't show caller IDs), but as that's the number he told me to call,  it must be the same call as everyone was getting.

got a call from the same number above (415 251 8361). had to listen to the message about 15 times because I could not understand what this David potter guy from the IRS was talking about for the life of me. most horrible accent ever!
I poured myself a drink and put the ear to the machine one last time and again i got nothing. i still don't know what this fool is talking about. this guy should pick a better career path, he's a joke. im still laughing out loud.....

I received a voice message on my home phone with income tax issue as well. And asked me to call back at 415-251-8361 ASAP before legal action takes place.

FBI should have caught this scam already since it has been around for the last 4 weeks!  IRS and FBI, please catch them ASAP!

Got a call frm same number but they called on my friends cellphone and left vm asking for me. My frnd call them back nd found suspicious about hw could they call on his cell for me and he called me and informed me about the call he received.
