Got the same call about an hour ago. It would have been 6:54 am California time. Julie Smith, sounded like a robocall. Let it go to voicemail. Very intimidating sounding, and threatening. How can they get away with this?!! Not calling back.
I got the call too. It didn't take too long for me to determine that this is likely a scam call. It looks like this post confirmed that as well. I was thinking of reporting this incident to the local police as well as to the IRS hoping it will help them to catch these scammers some day.
