I got a call from the number 415-944-2722 and started laughing and the man got mad at me and hung the phone up. He was trying to get information from me that I would not give out. I called the number right back after he hung up on me and it is now busy.

Person said they were from the IRS, Nicky Johnson, saying not to disregard this message but call back before we take action.

Yes, you should call back immediately with your pertinent details, confirm your SSN#, Bank Accounts (For Garnishment),
and Date of Birth. That is the only way you may stave off the IRS from attacking you.
