They identified themselves to me as "US Pharmacy". Very definitely an Indian accent. I'm sure they also mask their calls because I get the same type of call from "Unknown". I keep repeating that they should "take me off their cell phone call list" and "don't ever call me again". But a couple of days later, the calls resume. 4-5 per day. Don't bother with the national "Do Not Call" database as these guys are OUTLAWS. But what authorities can we report them to? The FCC? AT&T (my mobile phone service)? The FBI? I'm sure they are breaking numerous laws and we should go after them - but how?

My fiance lives in Panama and she called me today using a calling card she bought and it came up with the same number. I did a search because at first I didn't recognize the number and came up with this page. If foreigners are calling you and you get this number it could just be an exchange number if they are using calling cards. FYI.
