Got a call from this number at work on my cell phone - but wasn't there to pick up. I've been getting a number of calls from XXX looking for you to buy drugs over the phone. I've told them repeatedly to stop calling (always from a different number).
I wonder if the Canadian number is a way around the US do not call regulations.
Called during day. Didn't answer; no message; just like the other patterns. EVERYONE --REPORT THEM TO the DoNotCallList at www.donotcall.gov. Just because the are calling from Canada DOE NOT make them "exempt" because we have RECIPRICAL agreements for laws like this with Canada. If everyone reported them, the Feds HERE would have the Feds THERE go after them and shut them down. MOST LIKELY a SCAM perpetrated by ILLEGALS up there with NO REAL JOB SKILLS or VALUE to the World; just SCUMBAG SUCKERS on society that deserve to be ERADICATED!
I answered this number today because it came up Toronto and have friends there... He was doing a survey, very hard to understand his English, but was asking if I had a smoke alarm in the house, fire extinguisher, and what was most important concern... A fire, flood, theft, etc., I laughed and he said all of them would be concerns. He thanked me very much for my time by my last name and said that completed the survey.
