This company illegally calls phone numbers on the national do not call registry. They then illegally play a recorded message without an operator on the phone. You are then put on hold to get to an operator, who hangs up if you ask any questions. They illegally fail to provide phone number or address when asked - and this alone is enough to clearly determine that this is a scam. They want your credit card information because they are supposedly going to lower your rates, but it's just a scam. Do not give them any information.
Turd Service was setup by criminals who had an intent to defraud people. I don't think it's a case of telemarketers crapping outta control. Even if telemarketers are crapping outta control, they are making illegal calls.
When you use their Option to get off their call list, your number NOW goes out to more to call you, cause Now they know the number is good. Do as others suggest, do not answer.
