answered this one today (it has called before). male knew my last name. when I asked who he was, he hung up. using caller id, I called number and a recorded message referred me to www.securestech.net (or at least this is what it sounded like). there is no where on thi swebsite to complain about calls. the site is connected to correctional facilities. baffling and annoying.
I as well have received the phone call from this number but always look it up before deciding what to do, I report every number with a complaint to the FCC for violating the do not call list . I has reduced the number of calls I receive greatly.
Just got a call from 423-328-1807,don't answer these calls,but messed up and anwered this one ask for my husband.Caller id said Tenn. hung up when I said he was not here!
Called today -- left no message -- I.D. says "Securis Tech * TN" --tried to call back - number will not ring through..... so that means they ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS -- AND ARE SCAMMERS. Anytime a number calls you and you cannot call them back this is an automatic signal that this is a S C A M. They might as well have the ID show as "Thieves who are trying to Steal your Money" show up on the phone. I'm guessing that this another one of those bogus GE Security System calls offering a 'free' security system, if you'll sign a contract for a 3 years at $40 per month monitoring -- NO THANKS -- what a ripoff.... not to mention they try and get your credit card info on the phone.
