The DNC only works with legitimate telemarketers, which these callers are not. It's not a call blocker so cannot prevent scammers from calling. Invest in a real call blocker or at the very least don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.

The DNCR works by preventing calls from legitimate businesses. But it will not stop telemaggoters. This is especially true with those based overseas.

Folks, you have to take the time to fill out the FCC online consumer complaint form.  It's the only way to stop these scammers.  But it needs to be volume before they'll act.  In other words one complaint from me isn't going to make a difference, but 200-300 might.
