After reading these comments, very glad I do not answer unknown numbers.also block them but they are endless!!!!!!

Same as everyone else,4 rings,no message left.
I can't even count the number of phone #'s I've blocked on my cell phone because of scam callers.
I do the same with emails too. If I don't recognize the sender I don't open it.
