They'll keep calling if you're answering the calls in some manner. They're hoping to hijack your computer and will continue trying to think up ways to get at it. Make sure the phone only rings on your end to get on their nerves and help discourage them from calling you.
Caller said they were calling regarding some problems with my computer...that they had received information that there were issues that needed resolved. I said that was funny because my computer hasn't been plugged in - let alone used - in over 6 months!!! I told him not to call my number again since this clearly is a scam...he hung up the phone. SCAMMER!!!
My TV displays the phone # calling, but from where I'm sitting I cannot read it well. My sister has been taken to the emergency room and I don't know my brother's cell phone #. Assumed it was someone from there calling me. I answered but noone responded back so I said hello again. A few seconds later a recorded voice said "goodbye".
