Have also received a few calls from a toll free (877) number - most recently this morning. Recorded message stated that, despite numerous chances for "me" or my attorney to resolve this matter, a case had been filed against me. Gave a "case number" and directed "me" to call Mitchell Feldman. Never called "me" by name - just pronouns.
I'm an attorney and have done legit collection work in the past. I can spot [***] like this in an instant. Please don't even bother calling these a-holes folks.
Plain and simple harassment. Same as mentioned above, got a call saying they have filed court papers and Contact Marshall Feldman. Agree with you all, it's a [***] call.
