Who called from 4582012021

I had two calls from this number today, 3/17/15. The second time I picked it up, and "Michael" (with an Indian accent?) answered. I told him that what he is doing is illegal, and he protested several times that "it" is not. I blocked the number.

Called like the others and asked to speak to the owner of the phone, in a thick Indian accent. I just said no and hung up.

On land line how do you block it? Or just report it to the police?

police will not help you. they are for life & death situations.
just don't answer the phone. use caller id and then ignore it.

naive or gullible people like her, keep them in business.
