Caller had my name,said he was from Windows and needed to speak with the owner of home computer,I asked what I could help him with, he asked again for owner of Computer, I hung up. he tried calling back, I didnt answer 2nd time.

Got the same call as others have mentioned from the infamous "Windows Technical Support" guy. I told him I did not have a computer. You could hear a pin drop. Next time I am going to tell him to call me right back on my cell phone at 458-201-2021 (their number) so we can get my Windows problem resolved.
He said that he was from microsoft,,,,I keep him on line as long as I could, answering all of his questions,,,, he said my "windows" computer was emailing him at microsoft that it was infected, I said my windows computer, yes my windows computer,, I told his that was great!!! fantastic!!! I thought that that was wonderful and I was glad to hear it, because I don't own a windows computer I have all apple computers, CLICK!!!! he was gone!!!
Receive a call from 458-201-2021. Caller ID said Pauline Poghosy. Caller had a heavy accent and told me they were from windows and something toxic was being downloaded into my computer and they could help me. I did not believe him and asked him his name which was Charlie White. I told him sure and I did not believe him and was going to call Micro soft windows myself. I also told him I knew he was a scam and he got mad and told me he was going to lock my computer up in 15 minutes. Which he did not. I informed my software security. They called back 3 hours later and my husband told them we did not own a computer. .
