They keep calling from different numbers- 888-445-8787, 877-561-2272 and this one is the most recent. I have no account with best buy and have not been there in years. I have their number blocked. But they still call every two hours from each number. One day they will give up. I will never pick up their calls. If they were legit, they would send a letter or some other way of contacting a person. I don't know what they are calling for and don't even care to find out.
Best Buy Calling from 4699147211 I assume since I recently received an e-mail from them as well that this has to do with renewing our Geek Squad Contract.
I went online to pay my bill, the minimum amount due showed $71 and that is what I paid. Not even 1 hour later I get a call stating my payment is 15 days late. I tell the woman I paid my bill that morning and she asked how much. I told her the minimum due of $71 and she says well you owe $88 and I said well, then I guess that will be paid later. She then states the phone calls will continue. I retorted then the phone calls will be ignored and blocked the number. These companies should not be able to hide behind "Texas" or whatever as the caller id. Citibank is the WORST!! I am paying off anything I owe to them and closing the card.
