Caller starts calls every morning after 8:30 AM

I have received at least 4 calls per day for a week

okay first off its not Citibank that is calling you, its called  a PHONE SCAM..

100% agree!  This "ropo-harassment" SHOULD BE a violation of the law in the USA.  God forbid.

If this was an honest business, they would contact people by US post.  Not harassment every 2 hours.

Calling from various tel numbers. And no, I have never had a Best Buy or Citi credit card.  Usually, I just let it go to voice mail & delete. Now to save time, I pick up (it's always a recording) and hang up. They can knock themselves out. I dont speak to scammers.
