I receive calls from this #, 1-3 times per day, everyday , for going on 2 weeks, on my cell phone.
A avid call screener, I never answer calls from numbers I don't know, from people who don't leave some kind of message and identify themselves. Nonetheless, I am veey annoyed by these constant calls. I just received another one, which prompted me to google the #. Veey enlightening.
I called Best Buy main customer service number and that number 469 914 7211 is a scam number. Calls me five time a day for few months already. Also received an email from someone purchasing something that wasn't me. Was told all scam and to block the number and emails
First time I ever used the best buy credit card. I never received a bill or my actual card in the mail. What I did receive instead shortly after a month was non stop calls from this number & numerous others. I spoke to them & advised them of the situation & asked for that card that was supposedly sent out to me to be immediately cancelled. They didn't cancel it. I told him I refuse to pay the bill until I get a copy of it. Almost two months later and speaking to literally five representatives on the phone today four of which barely spoke English it seemed tell me I've assessed 2 months of late fees & interest. I paid my balance in full after much dispute, only getting three of the four charges taken off. I will never do business with them again, never shop there again, or ever use their card again. PERIOD !!!
How could you have used a card you never received? Why would you pay a bill you don't owe? When dealing with a debt collector or about matters with this, it is always best to send them a letter in the mail. Citibank outsources to India. You have no idea whether you even owed or who you were talking to.
