I've received several calls from them the past week. I don't think that this is with Family Life because we've received calls from them before and their name is listed on the caller id (of course I could be wrong). I may answer it the next time to see who it is.
I have received several calls from this number. I called the number back, and I received a recorded message saying that this is a Skype number and it does not recognize my number. It asked that I input a security code to be connected. Obviously, some kind of a sales call...I am just not sure who.
I called back and got a recording from Family Life asking for a donation, and said to press 1 if I wanted to be taken off their list. After I pressed 1, they said it might take 30 days to process my request. Bet it wouldn't take even 1 day to process a donation...
I have received a call from this number now 3 days in a row on my work line. They call after I leave the office in the evening. It appears they call about 3 or 4 times, they listen to my answering machine and then hang up and do not leave a message. However, they leave enough air time that I have a message that I have to listen to which is very annoying. If it is Family Life, they are a very good organization, but in my opinion, this type of calling and not leaving a message is not very professional and they will need to hear this type of feedback because it will only hurt their organization if they continue in this matter.
