I've received several calls from them the past week. I don't think that this is with Family Life because we've received calls from them before and their name is listed on the caller id (of course I could be wrong). I may answer it the next time to see who it is.
I've dealt with Family Life for years and they are a legit organization and have NEVER been difficult to deal with....sounds like you are the difficult one. Get a life!
Yes, I just called and it is Donor Care Center on behalf of Family Life! I wonder if they even know they are practicing this type of marketing. I get calls every day up to 8PM. I find it very rude. I waited to be added to the DO NOT CALL list. Unfortunately it takes 30 days..so now I have to go another month with these obnoxious calls! In my opinion, Family Life needs to choose a better telemarketing company.
